All IHT projects are based on a marketing or design brief and a detailed project description that is discussed with the client and approved before the start of a project.  All marketing consulting terms and conditions are clearly stated in this document; in this way, there are no surprises.

For marketing consulting missions : IHT is a member of the Belgian Marketing Foundation and we subscribe to the code of conduct of the Belgian Consultants' Organisation. 
For design missions : IHT is a member of Febelgra and we apply the approved Febelgra Commercial Conditions for all design and production work.
For NTIC missions : IHT applies the latest legislation regarding NTIC missions.  
Online services : Sales conditions specific to our online products -  CREAonline, RELOOKonline and IDonline.
