Where do we come from? IHT was created in 1995 by Elzette Wolfaardt. Born in South Africa, Elzette started off as a Junior Industry Consultant after obtaining a Commercial Engineering degree. During her period of three years at the South African Embassy in Paris, she met her husband who persuaded her to “change countries” and move to Tournai in Belgium. IHT thus started off as a marketing strategy consultancy. In 1999, Elzette’s sister, Christel Wolfaardt joined the Management Team and IHT naturally extended its services to encompass the areas of design. Christel’s Masters degree in Fine Arts suited this development beautifully. Our clients also appreciated the fact that they no longer had to change their communications partner after the finalization of the strategy side of the project. We are very excited about the advances in the web and multimedia and as the digital information age progresses the future looks brighter and brighter for business. IHT is committed to the creation of visual communication solutions and strategy that are effective, aesthetic and thought provoking.
